8" ICF blocks with 15M reinforcement at 16" O.C. vertically and 10M 16" O.C. horizontally. Metal bracing installed at 5' intervals

Insulated Basement Slab
R 10" thick 20 MPa under slab insulation shiplaped and seam taped prior to basement slab pour.

Side yard basement walkout addition constructed using 8" ICF block. ICF was reinforced @ 16" O.C. with 15M rebar both verically and horizontally
Concrete front Porch
Newly formed front porch poured with 32 MPa concrete with 6% air entrapment.
Footing forming for addition
23" wide footing with 2 10M rebar reinforcements and dowels @ 48" O.C.
Basement Drains
New 4" pvc drains including backflow preventer valve and sump pit.
